Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FORMA (the "service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
FORMA reads training and wellness data from a connected intervals.icu account and generates a training plan and related coaching content. It requires an active internet connection and a working intervals.icu connection — FORMA does not measure anything itself.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use FORMA. If you are under 18, or under the age at which you can consent to the use of your personal data where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to you using FORMA and to these terms. One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login link and session confidential — don't forward a login email to anyone else.
Subscription and billing
FORMA Pro is offered with a 14-day free trial the first time you subscribe, after which it costs $9.99 USD a month or $79.99 USD a year, depending on the plan you choose, billed automatically via Stripe. No payment is taken during the free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. Prices may change; if they do, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
If you subscribe in the FormaPeaks iPhone app, the purchase is made through your Apple ID and billed by Apple, at the price the App Store shows you in your own currency. Apple's standard terms for apps apply alongside these. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your iPhone's Settings under your name and Subscriptions — it cannot be cancelled from the You tab or by deleting your account. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
You can cancel any time from the You tab in the app, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops future billing: you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, or until the end of the free trial if you cancel during it, and you are not charged again. We don't refund a billing period that has already started.
Referral program
Founders with an active subscription, and Creators, may share a personal referral link. Someone who signs up through it, and later subscribes, gets an extended 30-day free trial instead of the standard one. You then earn a running commission on what Forma receives from them, excluding VAT and any app store's share — 15% of it, rising to 20% once you have 25 paying referrals and 25% once you have 50 — for as long as they remain a paying subscriber. Nothing is earned while a referral is in their own free trial, and nothing is earned on any amount that is refunded; a refund reverses the matching commission. Because Forma's payment platform is based in Denmark, its balance is held in DKK — payouts are therefore sent in DKK to your connected payout account, converted from your USD-denominated commission at Forma's own exchange rate. A 2.5% margin is applied to cover currency fluctuation and administration; the exact rate and amount are shown before you confirm the transfer. The referral program is separate from your own subscription and may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time, with notice by email where practical.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access another person's account or data, don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service, and don't use it in a way that disrupts it for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Not medical advice
FORMA generates training suggestions from data you provide. It is a training tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Training carries an inherent risk of injury or health complications — this applies to any structured training program, not just FORMA's. Consult a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an existing health condition, and stop and seek medical attention if something feels wrong. You use the service, and any plan it generates, at your own risk.
No warranty
FORMA is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the plan it generates is optimal for you — it's a tool built on a real but imperfect model of training and recovery. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but make no formal guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Danish law, FORMA and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including injury resulting from following a generated training plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Your data
How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see the FAQ. We may also suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms, with notice by email where practical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law.
Who you are contracting with
FORMA is operated by Morten Aavad, an independent developer based in Denmark. That is the party you enter into this agreement with, and the party that bills you.
